He served as executive producer on television specials including The 53rd Annual Tony Awards, Variety and Virtuosity: American Ballet Theatre Now, Broadway at the Hollywood Bowl and Musical Comedy Tonight III. Venza produced movies including "Big Blonde," "Happy Days," "A Life in the Theatre," "Tartuffe" and "A Touch of the Poet."
